Kick and BAN Oo

ok i agree i get kicked from ally for not lvling my BK (cuz my computer is still broken and i am lack of $ to buy new one) BUT WHY I GET BAN ON FORUM??? my letters are ignored by GM.
anyway, i havent been in LOT, so i am not in ally for cheap acients, and also havent bought a single LOT item, just participate in conversations and discutions
just wana hear rest players opinion about this...

cuz i use server-computer to play CC...pause rendering Video and turn on MU for some minutes.
