sticky situation. if its true that blacktime used freindlist bug then i vote no for sure. if not im neutral. but also i think its abit low lvl for an SM, and he is already in another ally so i dont think we need him anyway.

Either he joins NewSky, or we better dont take an unnecessary risk.
